My Story
My husband Mike actually wanted me to join Scentsy. Yep, you read that right! Incredibly supportive spouse alert! He may even love Scentsy more than me! Haha—Yea right! I took a chance on a Scentsy in July 2013 and I haven’t looked back since! I’m incredibly grateful that I did. My life in the 2 years prior to Scentsy was the worst, while also being the best. Talk about an emotional rollercoaster! Within a little over a year’s time, I lost my father while planning our wedding and building our first house. We got married and moved into our house and then found out we were pregnant with our first child. Shortly after, my mother’s cancer got worse and she passed away a little over a month before I gave birth to our daughter, Sydney. I lost so much, but gained so much in such a short time. I lost myself in the process. Scentsy came into my life and I had no idea that I needed it so much. With Scentsy, I worked myself out of a full time job within my first 3 years and I was able to start staying home with my kids. This was a huge goal of mine since losing my parents because I wanted to be able to spend every moment I could with my family while still contributing too. I have now been a consultant for 7+ years and it’s proven to bring me so much more than just an income. It even brought me back to God through the people I have met and I was baptized in April 2019. I have the best of friends all over the world and I get to help change other people’s lives by inviting them on this journey with me too!
